Your Neighbors and You

Living in a condominium has its own set of challenges. You need to be much more tolerant of your neighbors and be willing to make compromises in order to live in harmony with them. Your neighbor’s actions not only affect your daily routine but it can also make or break your loan! Late on HOA payments? If there are enough delinquencies then YOU will be disqualified from a loan, even if you made all your payments and are current. Did your neighbor decide to get into a legal dispute with HOA? That automatically disqualifies you for a loan even though you have nothing to do with it. What can you do about it? Talk to your neighbor, be friendly, and see if they are willing to help you out. Worse come to worse, at least you will have someone you can borrow sugar from.
